Property Selection

We provide clients access to properties that match their criteria by sharing listings available privately as well as on the MLS.

Marketing Plan

We enjoy helping clients create an itinerary and touring properties with them. We provide transportation so clients can relax while we tour them through Napa Valley. This provides a great opportunity to learn more about the region and discuss each property we tour.

In some cases, we provide virtual tours when clients are not able to see a property that interests them.

Understanding Value

Our team will provide recent sales activity so buyers can understand property values and market trends. Our goal is to help each buyer make fair and reasonable offers for property that meet their requirements.

Due Diligence and Land Use

We coordinate every aspect of property review including standard home inspections as well as facilitating third party inspections specific to country property. Since many buyers have not owned property in Napa County previously, we are conscientious about teaming up with local experts who can advise during property due diligence.

Transaction

Each transaction is unique and our team will lend 20+ years of real estate experience to properly document every element of the purchase agreement. We pride ourselves in being technically correct and responsive to our clients; effective and clear communication is the key to a successful transaction.

Property Transition

We have strong professional relationships with local experts who help clients with every aspect of property ownership. We introduce clients to service providers such as: water system experts, septic maintenance companies, land use experts, property management, interior designers, pest control, general contractors and vineyard management (farming and development). We cater to the needs of each client before, during and after the transaction. We firmly believe that we are real estate advisors long before and even longer after a particular transaction.
